This is a basic set of supplements that contains a number of ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as for those planning pregnancy. Can children and teenagers take the WellMe supplement?
The product is intended for adults. 

Can I take the WellMe if I also take anti-depressants?
If you suffer from any diseases or take any medication, consult your physician before taking the supplement. Combining adaptogens and antidepressants is not recommended, due to possible negative interactions.

Will taking the WellMe supplement make me drowsy?
None of the product’s ingredients causes sleepiness, though we do recommend taking the product in the first half of the day. 

Are the ingerdients in WellMe addictive?
No ingredient in WellMe has been found to be addictive. There are no withdrawal symptoms or mood swings once you stop taking it.

When will I start experiencing the positive effects of taking WellMe?
Individual results may vary. Some people will notice positive results even after a few days of taking the supplement. However, we recommend taking the product for 3 months to fully experience its benefits. 

What are the differences beetween the WellMe and HappyMe supplements?
These supplements contain different ingredients and have slightly different mechanisms of action. The WellMe supplement has a simple, purely herbal composition (Rhodiola rosea, Ginkgo biloba, and saffron), and its action is mainly adaptogenic. It helps you stay in a good mood and cope with emotional and physical stress on a daily basis. The HappyMe supplement, on the other hand, has a more complex composition — it contains multiple ingredients (e.g. CDP-choline, ALCAR, betaine, Rhodiola rosea, and magnolia berry) which affect a number of pathways and have adaptogenic and nootropic properties: they impact the brain’s cognitive function and stimulate its activity.
