What should I consider when choosing the  right product for me - the number of strains or the total amount of bacteria in the product?
When selecting probiotics, it is a good idea to pay attention to the number of bacteria from each strain, rather than the number of different strains. What also matters is whether a given strain or blend has been tested for effectiveness. The ProbioticMe Advanced overnight capsule relies on a blend of 3 strains. These strains are clinically tested, with proven effects, targeting specific intestinal and gastrointestinal ailments.

Which product should I use first if i want to start probiotic treatment?
It is recommended to start probiotic treatment with products containing less bacteria, followed by the ProbioticMe Advanced dietary supplement at a later stage, due to its high content of bacteria and powerful action. As step one, ProbioticMe and ProbioticMe No.2 supplements are especially recommended, as they will be safer for the initial stage of probiotic treatment/

Can pregnant women and breastfeeding women use the ProbioticMe Advanced supplement?
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using the product. For pregnant and breastfeeding women,  there is: OmegaMe Prenatal, LittleMe trimester 1 and LittleMe trimester 2 and 3.

Can children and teenagers take the ProbioticMe Advanced supplement?
The product is for adults and children over 12.

Are there any contraindications to taking supplement?
- It is not recommended to use the product for SIBO, especially in the early stages of treatment, due to the presence of Lactobacillus strains in the Night formula. However, this is a very individual issue, so it is best to consult supplementation with your doctor.

-It is not recommended if histamine intolerance is present - strains from the Bacillus family can increase the production of this hormone.

-ProbioticMe Advanced dietary supplement should not be used in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

-Children under 12 years of age.

I have bloating/abdominal pain/diarrhea/constipation/flatulence after ProbioticMe Advanced supplement. Is this normal?
You may experience such symptoms during the first 10–14 days of taking the probiotic. However, if you see no improvement after that time and the symptoms do not subside, stop taking the supplement. You can try a different probiotic or consult with a specialist who will help you choose probiotic strains that are right for you. 

When should I take the supplement - before, after or during a meal?
Take all dietary supplements as instructed on the label and on the box. It is recommended to take supplements after a meal to minimize the risk of any gastrointestinal discomfort. For one hour after taking the probiotics, you should not consume hot foods and drinks, coffee, strong tea, alcohol, or fizzy drinks (especially acidic ones, such as Coke or Pepsi).

When shpuld I use the ProbioticMe Advanced supplement and when shpuld I take IntiMe?
The IntiMe food supplement supports women’s intimate health and contains strains that help counteract fungal infections. The ProbioticMe Advanced has been developed to tackle various intestinal problems that require powerful support. Still, there are no contraindications to taking them both. However, you should take each product at a different time of the day. 

Is ProbioticMe Advanced good for everyone?
It is for most people. Of course, some individual problems with tolerance can occur, just like with any dietary supplement. The ProbioticMe Advanced dietary supplement contains as much as 25 billion bacterial and yeast colonies, so if you are new to probiotics, it's recommended to start with ProbioticMe or ProbioticMe No. 2.

Do i have to stroe supplement in the fridge?
The ProbioticMe Advanced food supplement contains highly stable bacterial strains and does not require any special storage conditions. The product should be stored at a temperature lower than 25°C, but we do recommend storing it in the fridge to better preserve its properties.
