Directions for use:

Adults: 1 capsule - 2 times daily

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle is important for the functioning of the human body. The dietary supplement must not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.

Precautions: 

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. 

Do not use in pregnant or lactating women.

For women of what age is the supplement intended?

Menopause symptoms can appear at different ages. On average, Polish women experience it at the age of 52, although some women experience premature and early menopause. The premenopausal period, can last from a few months, even up to several years, when menstruation already occurs irregularly, increasingly infrequently and the first menopause-like symptoms appear.

Can the supplement be used together with hormone replacement therapy?

It is not recommended to combine this supplement while taking hormone replacement therapy.

Can I use the supplement while taking contraception?

No - taking this food supplement together with hormone therapy with oestrogens and contraceptive pills may reduce their effect.

Can I use the supplement while on a vegan diet?

Yes, but make sure that your diet is not dominated by products rich in isoflavones, which are mainly found in legumes and soya. It is worth knowing that safe and optimal phytoestrogens range from 50-100 mg per day and, according to some sources, up to 200 mg.

Can I combine the supplement with HarmonyMe?

It is not recommended to combine these products. The Menopause Natural+ supplement is designed for peri-menopausal women, while HarmonyMe is a product that addresses the needs of women mainly related to hormonal problems of the reproductive age. 

I use a food supplement with yam. Can I combine it with Menopause Natural+?

Yes, there are no contraindications.

Can I take the supplement when I am no longer menstruating?

The Menopause Natural+ supplement is designed for peri-menopausal women, but can be used in any state of hypoestrogenism, i.e. when menstruation disappears and estrogen levels drop with it. This most often happens as a result of menopause, but also in secondary amenorrhoea, as well as in women who train intensively, or in the absence of menstruation in the course of PCOS. This does not apply to the absence of menstruation after childbirth.
