The FlexMe food supplement provides ingredients that strengthen your bones and joints in multiple ways: T2NDC® native collagen, hyaluronic acid, Casperome® Boswellia serrata extract, OptiMSM®, and vitamin C to support collagen production and help ensure healthy function of bones and cartilage. - T2NDC® native collagen - collagen is a natural protein that makes up more than 30% of all proteins in the body. It is the basis of connective tissue, bone, hair and skin. More than 28 types of collagen have been identified in the human body. The predominant type of collagen in our skin is type I, which accounts for 85-90%, while in cartilage it is type II collagen.

- Sodium hyaluronate is a substance found in human connective tissue. Its main benefit is to provide intense hydration to the skin. 

- Boswellia serrata extract in the Casperome® formula improves joint comfort. It has a strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Through the Casperome® formula, it has an increased bioavailability of the active substances.

- OPTIMSM® (MSM) - methylsulfonylmethane is an organic chemical compound containing sulphur. Methylsulfonylmethane is a compound present in every cell of all living organisms and is essential for them to live. It is involved in the synthesis of amino acids and in the processes of collagen and keratin synthesis.

Will FlexMe strengthen my joints?

MSM and collagen reduce inflammation, support the regeneration of cartilage in joints and strengthen it, and help prevent mechanical injury. MSM also supports tendons and muscles.

Can I take the FlexMe supplement if I do not do any sport? 

Yes - both athletes and people who get little exercise should take care of their bones and joints.

Will my joint pain return when I stop taking FlexMe?

This depends on a lot of different factors, including the exact cause of pain. Keep in mind that a healthy and balanced diet, sleep, and physical activity are foundations of your health. To complement these factors, consider 3–6 months of regular supplementation..

How is the collagen in BeautyMe/GlowMe/ProtectMe Recovery+ different from that found in FlexMe?

The difference between these types of collagen lies in their sources and mechanisms of action. FlexMe contains native collagen, including type II collagen, extracted from chicken cartilage. It affects the body by means of its immune pathways and is better for people with bone and joint problems, including autoimmune ones (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, RA).

Type I collagen, included e.g. in BeautyMe, GlowMe, and ProtectMe Recovery+, mainly acts to improve skin quality (as type I collagen accounts for 80% of all collagen in the skin). This collagen is obtained from fish in the cod family. 

Why does the FlexMe supplement contain 120mg of native collagen, while GlowMe contains as much as 5000mg?

These are different collagen types that affect the body in different ways. The amount of collagen in the FlexMe food supplement is related to its native formula — just a small portion stimulates your immune system to produce more collagen, which in turn helps reduce inflammation and the associated pain. Considering this distinctive mechanism of action, the amount of collagen contained in FlexMe is sufficiently large.
