- Shatavari is an herb derived from Ayurvedic medicine called wild asparagus or the 'queen of herbs', which underlines its purpose for women. The main role is played by the active compounds, among which steroidal saponins in particular have the greatest effect on the female body. Thanks to these, the plant has such a strong and beneficial effect on the female body (especially the endocrine system). It regulates female hormones and supports the reproductive system, as well as improving libido and sexual performance.

- Iodine is a bioactive component of the diet and an element needed for the production of the thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3), which is its active form.

- Selenium is a vital trace element that has important functions in the body, including supporting the functioning of the immune system, helping the thyroid to function properly, supporting the protection of cells from oxidative stress and helping to maintain healthy hair and nails.

- Vitamin B12 supports the nervous and immune system, is helpful in the production of red blood cells

- D-chiro-inositol (DCI) is one of the biologically active isomers of inositol. DCI is produced from MYO (myo-inositol). In combination with MYO, it can provide support for women with PCOS. It also helps to lower androgen levels.

- Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, the normal production of red blood cells and the maintenance of normal homocysteine metabolism.
