This one from Brazil is characterised by a mild flavour and low acidity. The mild, non-aromatic taste of the coffee is due to the degree and special way the beans are roasted in the Gothot roaster. Recommended intake:

Does coffee leach magnesium?

This is one of the most common myths. Remember that coffee is also a source of magnesium. A 200 ml cup of coffee provides us with approximately 7 mg of magnesium. If you drink, for example, 3 cups of coffee, you provide your body with approximately 21 mg of magnesium. It is also interesting to note that the amount of magnesium in coffee is influenced by the way it is brewed.
