Subtle sweetness, 100% natural!

Coconut is still a very exotic product in Polish cuisine. It is called a nut, although it differs significantly from the appearance and taste of the rest of the group. Contrary to them, it does not have an edible core, but water and a sweet and slightly fat flesh. It is from it that delicious coconut paste is made, also known as coconut mousse.

The largest nut in the world is the fruit of the coconut palm. In other languages, its name translates as "a tree that meets all the needs of life" and "a tree with a thousand uses". Indeed, no part of this plant is wasted. The fruit itself has an impressive number of uses. A thick, fibrous shell is used to create very original and ecological handicrafts, such as flower pots or lamps. Its inner wall is covered with a thick layer of flesh - it is the endosperm, called copra when dried. The center itself is refreshing coconut water, i.e. a liquid form of endosperm.

Coconut paste is not as widely known as shavings, water, oil or coconut milk. However, it has many more uses, acting as a base from which you can prepare other home-made coconut products. Additionally, coconut mousse does not contain any artificial substances, sweeteners, dyes and preservatives that are usually found in coconut milk and coconut milk. It consists only of ground endosperm. Under refrigeration conditions, it becomes solid, and during thermal processing, it gains a delicate, creamy consistency. Its taste is the essence of coconut - the subtle sweetness of the tropics.

Coconut flesh is a source of fiber responsible for the feeling of satiety and intestinal peristalsis. It also provides the most essential minerals such as potassium, magnesium and iron. It contains vitamin D - especially when it is cold - and K, which supports the work of the brain and helps concentration. Anyone who likes its taste can enjoy it without remorse - all year round.
