Olini Oil for kids
Olini Oil for kids
Favourite for toddlers. Ideal for the start of dietary expansion. Increases the nutritional density of meals!
Baby oil is always pressed fresh from Polish rapeseed and sunflower seeds. It has a delicate, neutral flavour that toddlers like. It is perfect as an addition to children's lunches, soups and porridges - it supplements the healthy unsaturated fatty acid requirements of babies and older children. It is cold-pressed at a temperature of no more than 35°C, unrefined and unpurified.
For whom: Particularly recommended for babies and older children.
Colour and taste: Neutral, delicate flavour with a noticeable note of fresh rapeseed and sunflower. The oil has a juicy, intense yellow colour and a delicate grain and nut flavour with a distinct note of fresh sunflower seeds.
The vegetable oils are pressed in the oil mill in small batches, always fresh, from the best quality seeds.
Properties:
An important factor is the high content of unsaturated fatty acids - per 100g our oil has 51g monounsaturated and 41g polyunsaturated fatty acids, a total of 92g unsaturated fatty acids. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels (mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats).
Maintaining good health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Baby oil is just one way of enriching the diet with unsaturated fatty acids, the most important thing is a balanced diet and a variety of foods provided, including fats.
Application:
Baby oil works well as an addition to hot dishes. It can be heated to a maximum temperature of 100 degrees. It will be a great component of dishes such as:
soups - especially added just before serving
Dinner dishes: for pouring over vegetables, rice and groats.
vegetable and vegetable-meat purees
for scrambled eggs, omelettes
as an accompaniment to oatmeal, porridge and groats of all kinds
Also great in cold dishes:
For bread - can be mixed with butter to make a healthy sandwich spread
Cheese, cottage cheese
For yoghurt, oatmeal, muesli with milk
For pastes and spreads on bread - the addition of baby oil also improves the consistency of the paste and the bonding of the ingredients
For pouring over vegetables, salads and salads
After a certain period of time, a precipitate may develop in the oil, which may take the form of streaks, lumps or other forms. This is a natural process that occurs in unfiltered, unrefined and unpurified cold-pressed vegetable oils. Baby oil needs to be stored in the fridge (at around 4-10 degrees) before and after opening.
