The ingredients in the supplement will help, among other things: support intestinal health and replenish the intestinal microbiota, support the immune system, reduce the frequency of respiratory and digestive infections, during antibiotic therapy, in case of diarrhoea or constipation.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a proper lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.

Have the My Kids Care set supplements been tested?
All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for mold, yeast, bacteria (including presence of Escherichia coli, presence of Staphylococcus aureus, presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). How to use My Kids Care throughout the day?
The following supplementation regimen is suggested:
    - MyKids Brain - 2.5 ml/5 ml as recommended on the pack throughout the day, during or after meal, preferably in the morning after breakfast.
    - MyKids Vitamin C - after 3 years of age: 2 jellies per day.
     - MyKids Probiotic - after 3 years of age: 1 sachet per day, mix with 75-100 ml of water, milk or other liquid. MyKids Probiotic dietary supplement can be mixed with warm beverages.
All products can also be consumed at the same time.

From what age can I give my child My Kids Care?
My Kids Care food supplement set is suitable for children and teenagers from 3 to 18 years of age. Please note the recommended daily allowance of vitamin D3 and adjust according to your child's age.

Does MyKids Vitamin C contain sugar?
MyKids Vitamin C food supplement comes in the form of jelly beans, but we have not added sugar to them. Instead, there is sugar found naturally in fruit juices.

Can vitamin C jellies replace fruit and vegetables in the diet?
No, the foodsupplement MyKids Vitamin C cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle is important for the functioning of the human body.

What does the 25-(OH) D test mean?
The test consists in determining the concentration of the first hydroxy derivative of vitamin D: calcidiol [25(OH)D], which is considered to be a marker of the body's vitamin D requirements. Knowledge of vitamin D concentration is important to assess the level of vitamin D in the body and the actual demand, and to correctly initiate a possible diagnosis.
The test is particularly recommended during combined supplementation with preparations containing vitamin D3.

Can my child take MyKids Brain if he is allergic to fish?
Yes, the food supplement MyKids Brain contains DHA fatty acids, which are derived from algae and not from fish.
