Are there any contraindications to taking supplement?
- Its not recommended to use ProbioticMe Acne for SIBO, especially in the early stages of treatment, due to the presence of strains that may not be well tolerated. However, this is a very individual issue so it is best to consult your doctor about supplementation.
- The supplement should not be used if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
- The ProbioticMe Acne dietary supplement is also contraindicated in cases of treatment with immunosuppressive drugs, anti-cancer treatment or OTZ (acute pancreatitis).

I have bloating/abdominal pain/diarrhea/constipation/flatulence after ProbioticMe Acne supplement. Is this normal?
You may experience similar symptoms during the first few days of taking the probiotic, but if there is no improvement after this time and the discomfort persists, the dietary supplement should be discontinued. It is then advisable to look for another probiotic or consult a specialist to select the appropriate strains.

When should I take the supplement - before, after or during a meal?
Take your food supplements according to the information on the packaging and label. Its recommended that you always take our products after meals to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort. Within one hour of taking a probiotic, avoid hot liquids and foods, coffee and strong tea, alcohol and fizzy drinks (especially those containing acids, such as cola or Pepsi).

Is ProbioticMe Acne good for everyone?
For the vast majority of people, yes. Of course, there can be individual tolerance issues, as with any food supplement/product.

What does it mean that probiotics are strain-dependent?
Probiotics are foods that contain single or mixed cultures of live micro-organisms that have a beneficial effect on health, provided they are given in the right amount. Vaccinogenicity means that a particular strain has a beneficial effect in a particular case. It is therefore recommended to use different strains, depending on the ailment. When choosing a probiotic, therefore, pay attention to whether it is given a three-part name, such as Lactiplantibacillus plantarum LP01.
