To take advantage of its beneficial properties, just pour boiling water over the petals and wait until it is brewed. Hibiscus tea prepared in this way has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, supporting the body in the autumn and winter months. Hibiscus is credited with rejuvenating, cleansing and regenerating properties, which is why it is considered to be a means of alleviating many ailments. It also contains a large dose of organic acids, phenols, flavonoids and vitamin C, which gives it a slightly sour taste.

Recipe for hibiscus flower tea

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of hibiscus tea

250 ml of water

Preparation:

Dry, pour boiling water over it, and leave it for 7-10 minutes, covered. The strained drink can be drunk alone or you can add lemon, mint, ginger, honey or fruit juice to it.
