Directions for use:

Massage the butter into your body - you can warm it in your hands beforehand. Apply in a thicker layer as a mask on chapped skin on hands, elbows or knees. 

Depending on the needs of your skin. It is best used after a bath/shower and after treatments such as scrubbing and skin brushing. If your skin needs strong nourishment, you can apply the butter up to 2-3 per day.

Hair: The best choice would be to apply the mask 1 time a week. You can apply the butter to damp hair (just after washing and draining excess water with a towel) or to dry hair (not too heavily soiled, such as hairspray). Adjust the amount of butter according to the thickness and density of your hair - thicker and denser hair will require more product. It is a better idea to apply a smaller amount, but in stages, as adding a portion of butter is easier than getting rid of the excess. Coat your hair evenly so that it shimmers slightly but that the butter doesn't run off it. You can keep the butter on your hair from a few minutes to even a few hours, depending on how dry and damaged your hair is. It is best to use the treatment once a week at most. You can wash the butter out of your hair with shampoo (foam after shampooing your scalp). However, if you have very damaged and sensitive hair, you can opt for emulsification with a humectant-emollient mask.
