How to apply OrganiCup?
Before using OrganiCup for the first time, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
First, be sure to wash your hands with soap. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try the equal and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside your vagina. After application, the cup will unfold with the characteristic suction or 'pop' sound, which means that it has been properly placed. If in doubt, feel the bottom of the cup - when inserted, it should be round or oval. If you feel dents or dents on the cup, it means it has not decomposed. Gently hold the cup base (not the pin) and try to twist it to ensure a suction seal is formed. When he is there, try a little
