A mixture of cereals and fruit in a tube. Savor the deep taste of cocoa with raspberry and banana. To produce this delicious muesli, fresh fruits was used and thanks to the innovative way of drying at a low temperature, we were able to keep the maximum nutritional value.
The combination of cocoa, banana and raspberry gives us a large portion of magnesium and potassium, thanks to which it helps to delay fatigue and improve mood. The presence of vitamin C and E in raspberries provides a dose of antioxidants that help protect against free radicals.
Why gluten-free oatmeal?
There is a protein fraction in oatmeal called avenin. According to research, it is the least harmful type of plant protein for people on a gluten-free diet. The main problem, however, is that in the production process, oats can become contaminated with gluten, mainly wheat. This happens when oats are grown alongside wheat, are transported together, stored together, and processed with the same machines. The flakes are 100% gluten-free, as they have not been in contact with gluten at any stage.
A method of preparing:
Add milk, plant milk or water to 50 g of the muesli, mix thoroughly and leave it for 3 minutes. The muesli can be also added to yogurt.
