Foods by Ann Gluten-Free Oat Flakes (400g)
Oat flakes provide your body with fibre, mainly beta-glucan. It is a complex carbohydrate that has, among others, prebiotic properties. It slows down the processes of sugar digestion, thus preventing obesity, and boosts the immune system.
A method of preparing:
Add milk, plant milk or water to a 50-gram portion, mix it thoroughly and leave for 3 minutes.
You can add your favorite LIO Shake, peanut butter or fresh fruit to the flakes. The flakes are also perfect as an addition to yoghurt.
