Directions for use:

Apply toner to a cotton pad, wipe thoroughly but gently over face and neck.

For very sensitive skin, in order to avoid irritation from rubbing with a cotton pad, we recommend that you apply the toner to your hands and gently pat it onto cleansed face and neck.
