Organic helichrysum hydrolate imported from a small French distillery. Intensely herbal, wonderfully refreshes, moisturizes and soothes allergic, sensitive and psoriasis skin. It smoothes, eliminates imperfections, redness and shine of the skin, evens out its color, which makes it an ideal cosmetic also for oily, acne and problematic skin. Helichrysum perfectly replaces tap water during skin care. It is recommended especially in the ritual of morning or evening care: we use it to cleanse the face and neckline and apply a drop of selected oil (for example raspberry seed oil) to the skin moistened in this way. Leaves the skin soft and moisturized. By mixing the hydrolate with any clay, we get a fantastic face mask. Peptides obtained from radish prolong the durability of the hydrolate, while showing a unique moisturizing effect.

Helichrysum hydrolate has an acidic pH (close to the physiological pH of the skin), ranging from 3.8-6.

Directions for use:

Use as: toner, refreshing face and body mist, base for cream or oil, addition to clay masks, moisturizing foundation during hair oiling, scalp rub, spray for easy combing

Tonic/refreshing mist for face and body: Apply directly to the skin by spraying it with an atomizer or dispensing the hydrosol on a cotton pad. Leave to dry or wipe the skin with a cotton pad or a clean cloth/towel.

If you use milk, micellar liquid or gel, after rinsing them off, use the hydrolate to restore the skin's natural pH and prepare it for the next stages of care.

Base for the cream or oil: Spray the cleansed skin with hydrosol and apply cream or a few drops of your favorite oil or serum to the moistened skin. Then gently massage or pat until completely absorbed.

Tip: Applying oils to wet skin has a positive effect on their effectiveness (two or three drops are enough), facilitates application and reduces the risk of potential pore clogging.

Applying the cream to the skin moistened with the hydrolate will not only facilitate its application, but also dilute too heavy formulations and strengthen the moisturizing effect of the product.

Addition to clay masks: To a portion of clay prepared in a vessel (important: the vessel should not be made of metal), add a bit of hydrolate, mix to obtain the consistency of a thick paste. Apply to the skin and leave for about 10-15 minutes. Remember that the clay mask should not dry on the skin! It should be moistened, and here again the hydrolate comes in handy ;). Wetting the clay prevents excessive tightening and drying of the epidermis.

Foundation for hair oiling: Spray dry hair with the selected hydrolate from the roots to the ends. Apply oil or conditioner to wet hair, wrap it in a cap and leave it for a dozen or so minutes. Then wash your hair as usual.

Scalp rub: Using an atomizer, spray the hydrosol onto the cleansed scalp, at the roots of the hair. Perform a gentle massage with your fingertips - the massage will allow for better distribution of the product, stimulate microcirculation of the skin, strengthening the hair bulbs and making them grow healthier, stronger and shinier.
